Our teams are well-researched, data-driven thought leaders who understand the returns sustainability grants not only to our investors but to our planet.
In 2020 Magnolia established our ESG Committee, aimed at improving operational efficiencies through unit renovations and common area upgrades. To date, this committee has made commitments on resource conservation as well as waste reduction and management. Our operations and analyst teams collaborate to find opportunities for carbon, energy, water, and cost savings while our property and investment management teams work to reduce waste from landfills through improved waste streams, tenant engagement, and external partnerships.
Magnolia Capital leaders understand that social responsibility can only be achieved by first committing to continued education and self-reporting. Every professional in our organization is encouraged and supported with resources to research social responsibility-focused studies and deploy initiatives that can be carefully monitored for their impact.
