Kelly Henderson is the Managing Director of Finance for Magnolia Capital, a nationally focused real estate investor based in Chicago.
In her role, Ms. Henderson oversees all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, credit, risk, tax, and treasury. Before joining Magnolia Capital, Ms. Henderson established the Financial Planning & Analysis function, leading strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for Logistics Property Company (LPC) in Chicago. Her proficiency in building and maintaining complex financial models has been instrumental in evaluating project and fund performance.
Prior to joining LPC, Ms. Henderson served as Commercial Manager, Residential and Urban Regeneration at LendLease Corporation where she managed, developed, and implemented commercial and financial structuring strategies for diverse development projects, including commercial, mixed-use residential, retail, and community developments, generating over $1.2 billion in development revenue. Additionally, Ms. Henderson served as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where she managed audits for a diverse clientele, with a primary focus on the real estate industry.
Ms. Henderson serves as a committee member for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Chicago, and is an active member of Real Estate Finance Forum (REFF) and Industrial Women in Real Estate (IWIRE).
Ms. Henderson received a Master of Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clemson University, and is a Certified Public Accountant, NC.
