Haven 124 is a 562-unit, garden style apartment community in Northglenn, CO. Magnolia Capital purchased the asset in 2017, and renovated approximately 30% of the unit interiors.
In addition to unit renovations, Magnolia Capital renovated the common area amenities, including an under-utilized second clubroom and pool area and added amenities such as a bike/ski repair room and on-site dog run. Along with a market-leading suite of amenities, Haven 124 is located steps from the future RTD Eastlake at 124th commuter rail station, which will provide access to Union Station in the heart of Downtown Denver in 25 minutes.
