Magnolia Capital announces the sale of Park & Market, a mid-rise apartment community located in Raleigh, NC.
Magnolia Capital purchased the asset in 2017 and renovated many of the unit interiors. In addition to unit interior renovations, Magnolia Capital renovated the common area amenities, including the clubroom, fitness center, leasing office, and lobby and added package lockers and new, enhanced exterior building signage. Along with a market-leading suite of amenities, Park & Market is located within the master-planned North Hills development which features a true live-work-play environment in one of Raleigh’s most dynamic submarkets.
