Magnolia Capital is pleased to announce that Max Peek, Co-founder, and Managing Principal, has been named to Crain’s Chicago Business magazine’s 2019 Class of “40 Under 40”.

The Crain’s “40 Under 40” gathers 40 of the community’s best and brightest – those who have made a significant mark on the Chicago community and in their respective fields before their 40th birthday. Mr. Peek, along with 39 other honorees will be featured in the November issue of Crain’s Chicago Business.

Per Peek, “I am exceptionally honored to be recognized for Crain’s 40 Under 40 list, and proud to represent Magnolia Capital across the great city of Chicago.  This recognition would not be possible without a strong team—I am grateful to be surrounded by such an amazing network of family, colleagues, and friends who have all supported my career in immeasurable ways.  This honor serves to further validate the continued pursuit of our collective vision at Magnolia Capital to be the best multifamily investment platform in the industry.”
